Rather than mass-producing inventory, each piece is created after your purchase to ensure quality, reduce waste, and allow for meaningful personalization. This approach reflects our commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship and purpose-driven production.

Production Timeline

Standard Items

  • 2–4 business days for production

Personalized Items (names, dates, scripture, or custom text)

  • 3–6 business days for production

Production begins after your order is placed. Orders are not pre-made or pulled from inventory.

  • Double-check spelling and capitalization before submitting your order
  • Personalized items cannot be changed once production begins

Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect due to a production error.
